Region 4 Annual Awards Banquet

February 25, 2017
Decatur Civic Center
Decatur, TX

This Banquet is themed to embody the celebration of the common thread that brought us together, our horses.  We want to celebrate and recognize the accomplishments of our competitors in 2016 along with the tremendous support system we have through our volunteers who make every ride possible.

Call 940-627-4900 for hotel reservations at the Hampton Inn and Suites Decatur. We have a special rate of $79 per night plus tax, which includes a Deluxe Hot Breakfast. This rate is only good through Feb. 11th, so call soon and tell them you are with “NATRC”.

The cost for the evening is $35 per person. Registering after 2/14/17 is subject to a $10/person late registration fee. There are “add-ons” that you can choose when you register, such as drink bracelet, award sponsorship, etc.

The festivities will kick off at 5 p.m. with a happy hour and the opening of the silent auction! The Banquet will follow at 6:15 and feature a Mexican Buffet so there will be something for everyone.  Immediately following the banquet, the fun will carry over to the dance floor where we will have a DJ providing entertainment and a chance for everyone to show their moves off their horse.  The Silent Auction will conclude 30min after the Awards Banquet.

Our Silent Auction benefits the region and is chaired by the lovely Alanna Sommer.  Please contact her if you have items to include.

Our Awards Banquet is open to EVERYONE and we want to encourage you to invite guests, bring spouses and/or significant others (just make sure they get along if you are bringing both!)  This is going to be an evening of fun and laughter as we celebrate our Region.

I am looking forward to a wonderful NATRC season in 2017 and can’t wait to see everyone!

- Annette Griffin
